Our self care villas are positioned perfectly for sun and privacy and are set amongst the park-like grounds of Pakuranga Park Village. Each of our spacious villas have been designed with quality interiors and have been carefully planned to ensure ease and practicality, but to also offer residents the opportunity to compliment their villas to suit their own taste. All of our villas are single level, brick & tile with aluminium joinery. The villas are all 1200 - 1400sq ft and the majority of them are freestanding. They all have spacious kitchens, modern bathrooms, separate toilets and quality furnishings. Most of our villas have two bedrooms and either single or double internal access garaging.

Villa residents enjoy the use of the facilities within the Nursing Home and Lodge Serviced Apartments in the grounds of the village. These include a medical suite with visiting doctors, restaurant and a spacious sunny lounge. |
